  • How much is the shipping cost?
    When shipping within Japan, it varies depending on the region. Free shipping is available for purchases over 5,000 yen. Please check here for more details .
  • How long will it take to arrive?
    If paying by bank transfer or credit card, the item will be shipped within 3 days after payment is confirmed. In the case of cash on delivery, we will ship within 5 days after receiving your order.
  • What is the shipping method?
    ■ Credit card payment (VISA / MASTER / Diners Club / JCB / AMEX) (Available only for lump-sum payments.) ​ ■ Bank transfer, cash on delivery, PayPay payment, deferred payment (convenience store payment/bank transfer) ​ *If you wish to use cash on delivery, the cash on delivery fee will be borne by the customer. *If you wish to pay by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. *If you wish to pay later (convenience store payment/bank transfer), the payment fee will be borne by the customer.
  • Is it possible to change my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible using the contact form with your order number. We will respond as soon as possible. However, please note that if your order is shipped immediately after your order, we may not be able to fulfill your request.
  • Can I purchase the product after adding it to the cart?
    Simply adding an item to your cart does not purchase (order) the item. Your order will be completed when you enter delivery information, payment information, etc., press the [Order Confirmation] button, and the order procedure completion screen is displayed. Even if you add an item to your cart, the item is not kept on hold. *If the product is low in stock, the product may be out of stock while the order process is being processed. *Even if you have added the item to your cart, you may not be able to purchase it if another customer makes the payment first. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
  • Can't log in
    Customers who purchased without registering as members at the time of purchase will need to register as members.
  • I want to change information about regular flights
    If you wish to change information regarding regular flights, please log in to My Page and make the changes. Please note that you must register as a member before logging into My Page. After logging in to My Page, select [Regular Management].   • I would like to advance/postpone scheduled delivery.
    Changes can be made after logging into My Page.
  • I want to “register/change/delete” credit card information
    <Registration procedure> This can be done on the "Credit card information change" screen after logging into My Page. My Page > Add/Edit Credit Card > (Enter card information) > Register card information <Change procedure> My Page > Regular Purchase Information > Details > Change Payment Method > (Select your desired credit card from the pulldown) > [Save] *You cannot change the status of your scheduled flight if it is suspended or cancelled. <Delete procedure> My Page > Add/Edit Credit Card > Delete *If the credit card you wish to delete is linked to a regular flight, it cannot be deleted. You can delete it after changing your payment method or changing your card.
  • Since it is a gift, can I not include something with a known price?
    If the orderer information and delivery address information are different, a delivery note will not be included. However, if you would like us to send you a receipt or delivery note, please write in the communication section. Please note that unless otherwise specified, the documents will be sent as electronic files. If you would like to receive it in paper form, please indicate so as well.
  • I received something different from what I ordered, or something was missing.
    I am very sorry. Please let us know the details using the inquiry form within 5 days after receiving the product. We will contact you shortly regarding the procedure. In addition, we cannot accept exchanges or refunds for any reason. Please note.
