This coffee was grown and processed in Vietnam's Lam Dong province, which is blessed with fertile basalt soil, providing ideal conditions for the cultivation of long-lasting industrial crops such as coffee. The Arabica coffee varieties first planted in Cauvery, such as Yellow Bourbon and Typica, are highly prized for their attractive aroma and flavor. More recently, the Cultimol variety of Arabica has been successfully cultivated and is demonstrating its unique qualities. These coffees have a delicate acidity and subtle bitterness, creating a refined taste that is characteristic of premium coffee.
 At Scoffee's roasting facility, we collaborated to create a roast profile to maximize the true and unique flavor of this coffee bean. Tasting Notes: Light citrus flavors with hints of nut milk and chocolate make this coffee extremely drinkable.
