Kenya AA Top Masai is a very high quality AA bean coffee. This designation guarantees the taste of carefully selected, well-shaped, above-average-sized beans. The essential oils in the infusion reflect the best. It is obtained using traditional wet methods and helps achieve a more sublime sensory profile. It is known for its rich flavor and electric aroma. While the wine's acidity is noticeable, its palate is a sensual journey through a full range of tropical fruits and berries, resonating perfectly with its spicy flavour. Roasting this coffee is a very enjoyable experience when you can smell the aroma of the coffee beans as they gradually dry. A very light roast, usually called a cinnamon roast, is also possible, but we usually prefer to roast it just past the first crack. By carefully adjusting the air flow, you can bring out unforgettable tastes.
